1.Who we are

Muhkam is a software company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, offering two systems in Egypt: Nuvella for salons and Kliniva for clinics. Our AI assistant, Yasmin, replies on WhatsApp on our behalf.

2.Data we receive

• When you chat with Yasmin on WhatsApp: your number and display name, the text of your messages and any images or voice notes you send, and when they were sent. If you send a payment screenshot, we keep it to confirm the transfer arrived.
• What you tell us yourself during the chat, such as your type of business, its name and area.
• When you try the assistant on the Nuvella and Kliniva sites: the messages you type in the demo, with a random session ID stored in your browser. We don't ask for your name or number there.
• Our sites use no advertising trackers. Your browser only stores your light or dark mode choice and the demo chat.
• We never ask for passwords or card details in chats.

3.Your clients' data inside the system

When you use Nuvella or Kliniva, your clients' or patients' data (names, numbers, bookings, form answers) is processed on your behalf, only to run the service for you. It is seen only by you and the people you give access to, and never used for anything else. Details are in the terms of use.

4.How we use it

• To answer your questions about Nuvella and Kliniva, the free trial and prices, and to open your account.
• To follow up on your request, confirm payments, and hand the chat to our team when you need a person.
• To improve the quality of replies and detect abuse and spam.
• We never sell your data, never share it with anyone for marketing, and never use it to build ads.

5.AI and data processing

Chat text is sent to a language model provider to write the reply, and the provider is not allowed to keep it to train its models. Muhkam hosts its data on private servers, and access is limited to our authorised team.

6.How long we keep it

• We keep your chats with Yasmin while you're in touch with us, and delete them on request within 30 days at most.
• Demo chat messages from the sites are kept for a short time to improve replies and prevent abuse.
• System account data is deleted 14 days after the subscription ends, and backups after 30 days.

7.Your rights and deleting your data

You can ask for a copy of your data or for all of it to be deleted at any time. Send your request to Yasmin on WhatsApp or to hello@muhkam.ae, and we act on it within 30 days at most.

8.Children

Our services are for businesses and adults, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

9.Changes

We may update this policy, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
